Studying

Our study program is designed to empower students through independent study, study partners, and study groups. We utilize the REAP method—Read, Encode, Annotate, and Ponder—to help students deepen their understanding of texts and connect ideas with the author's perspective. Additionally, we incorporate the PQRST method—Preview, Question, Read, Summary, Test—to prioritize information relevant to exam preparation. This comprehensive approach not only enhances critical thinking and collaboration but also equips students with effective strategies for success in their academic pursuits.

Office Hours

During our office hours students have the opportunity to participate in one-on-one or group sessions with our expert teachers, designed to enhance your study skills. We will cover vital techniques like time management, active reading, note-taking, test preparation, memory strategies, and goal setting. Join us and unleash your full learning potential as you work towards your academic success!

Advising

During our Advisory sessions the students will engage in impactful one-on-one meetings with their advisors. These sessions are strategically crafted to strengthen academic management life skills, post-secondary readiness, and career development. We are dedicated to empowering students to confidently shape their futures and reach their aspirations. Join us for a transformative experience designed specifically for you.

Recreation

During the S.O.A.R period, the "R" stands for Recreation. Students have the opportunity to relax and enhance their social skills by engaging in a variety of games and activities with their peers. This time is designed to foster teamwork, communication, and fun, allowing everyone to unwind and connect with one another. Join in for a great way to make friends and enjoy some leisure time!

Homework

We are committed to transforming the homework experience by prioritizing reflection and effective time management. We recognize that homework can be challenging for students after a full day of school and for families who may-not have the resources and memory.

To tackle this, we have implemented an efficient end-of-day exit ticket system featuring key questions per class from Monday to Friday.

We also believe in enjoying family after a long day of work. Therefore, homework would only be an extension of unfinished class.

However, homework will be an extension of continuous learning during non-school days.

Furthermore, for the families that desire additional challenges, parents can choose to receive a homework packet of key questions, which will be provided on Monday and due the following Friday.

Exit Ticket

Our end-of-day exit tickets are an exciting replacement for traditional homework! They promote a dynamic "show what you know" experience right on campus, helping students showcase their learning. This innovative approach not only reinforces their but also hones those crucial test-taking skills. Let’s inspire active participation and make learning an adventure!
